Returns and refunds policy

At Calmenia, our priority is to offer you quality products and a satisfactory shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the possibility of returning the product and requesting a refund, under the conditions described below.


1. Return conditions

  • Return period: You have 90 days from the date of receipt of your order to return a product.
  • If your product is faulty and you would like a refund/replacement, we need a video to justify the problem. Once received, our faulty orders department will examine it and we will happily process a replacement or refund as appropriate. In the unlikely event that your item has been received damaged or faulty, please email us at contact@calmenia.com with the following details:
    • E-mail/original name you used at time of purchase
    • Proof of purchase (order number)
    • Detailed description of the ‘fault’ and ‘damage’ to the item
    • Video evidence of the product defect

 

2. Returns procedure

  1. Contact us : Before returning a product, please contact us at the following email address: contact@calmenia.com. Please state your order number, the product concerned and the reason for the return.
  2. Return instructions: Once we have received your request, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the product is defective or an error was made during shipping.
  3. Return shipment: Send the product to the following address: Bellicom 60, rue François 1er - 75008 Paris

Please choose a delivery service with tracking. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.

 

3. Refunds

  • Processing time: Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund method: If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 working days.
  • Partial refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (for example, for products that are not in their original condition or that are returned more than 90 days after delivery).

 

4. Exchanges

We will only replace an item if it is faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at contact@calmenia.com for instructions.

 

5. Non-refundable products

Some products or services may not be eligible for a refund, such as:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalised items

 

6. Late or no refund

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@calmenia.com.
